We kindly ask everyone to respect and accept these rules to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

A security deposit of €100 is required before issuing the room key. This can be paid in cash or by debit card, or secured through a credit card authorization.
You will be asked to sign a deposit form. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit. In the case of significant damage, an invoice will be issued. The deposit will be refunded after the suite has been inspected.

At Hotel Houten, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy.
Failure to comply with the house rules, or any damage, loss, or destruction of Hotel Houten property, will result in immediate removal from the premises, liability for damages, and/or notification of the police—without prior warning.
No refunds will be given, and your deposit will unfortunately be withheld.
