To receive your room key, we require a €100 deposit, payable by cash or debit card, or via credit card authorization.
You will need to sign a deposit form. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit. In case of significant damage, an invoice will be issued. The deposit will be refunded after the suite has been inspected.
At Hotel Houten, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy.
Failure to follow the house rules, or any damage, loss, or destruction of hotel property, will lead to immediate removal, liability for damages, and/or a report to the police—without warning.
No refunds will be issued, and the deposit will be withheld.
