For the issuance of the room key, we require a deposit of €100 in cash or via card, or an authorization of your credit card as a guarantee. You will need to sign a deposit form for this. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit. For larger damages, we will send you an invoice. After the suite has been inspected, the deposit will be refunded to you.
At Hotel Houten, we have a zero-tolerance policy. If you do not adhere to the above house rules or if there is damage, loss, or destruction of Hotel Houten’s property, you will receive no warning, and this will lead to immediate removal, liability claims, and/or police reporting. This also means that no money will be refunded, and your deposit will unfortunately be withheld.
