Frequently asked questions - rooms

• Do all your TVs have Netflix?

  Yes, all our TVs have Netflix and automatically log out again.

• We would like a bed without a split

  This is certainly possible, put this in your request or call us on +31 30 634 68 00 and we will help you further.

• Can a baby bed be put in the room?

  Yes you can, the cost for this is €12.50 per cot.

• Can an extra bed be put in the room?

  This is only possible in a superior room and the cost is €35.00. A maximum of 1 bed can be added in the room.

• How many parking spots are there and how many electric charging spots?

  We have 750 free parking spaces and, in summer, 40 charging stations.

• Is parking free?

  Yes, we have 750 free parking spaces.

• What other facilities does the hotel have?

  We have a bar, restaurant, shop, fitness and wellness from summer.

• Is Hotel Houten reachable by public transport?

  Yes, right in front of the hotel is the bus stop, with a connection to Utrecht or Houten CS.

• Do you have a fitness?

  Yes we have a new gym.

• Does every room have a bath?

  Each room type has a hot tub.

• From what time is breakfast?

  Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 10:00 and on weekends from 07:00 to 11:00.

• Do you have a shuttle service to the station?

  We do not have a shuttle service to the station, but you can take a bus or we can call a taxi for you.
